Huntsman Posts Loss In Q4; Adj. EPS Misses View - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Huntsman Corp. (HUN), a manufacturer of differentiated chemical products, posted fourth-quarter 2014 net loss attributable to the company of $38 million, or $0.16 per share, compared with a profit of $41 million, or $0.17 per share, in the prior-year period.

For the recent quarter, adjusted income per share was $0.33, compared with $0.48 last year. On average, 13 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $0.37 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
