HubSpot Prices IPO Above Range

(RTTNews) - HubSpot Inc., an inbound marketing and sales software company, said Wednesday that it has priced its initial public offering of 5 million common shares at a price to the public of $25 per share, which is above its previously estimated price range of $22 to $24 per share.

In addition, the company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 common shares to cover over-allotments, if any.

The shares are expected to begin trading on The New York Stock Exchange on October 8 under the ticker symbol "HUBS", the company said.
