HTL Hospitality Advisors sells the Courtyard Ft. Lauderdale-Coral Springs, Florida

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla., Aug. 16, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- HTL Hospitality Advisors announced today the sale of the Courtyard by Marriott, a 110-room, upscale hotel located at 620 North University Drive, Coral Springs, Florida.  The price was $16.25 million, or $147,727 per room. 

The listing agent was Bryan L. Gipson, Director of Hotel Brokerage for HTL Hospitality Advisors.  Mr. Gipson, who is HTL Hospitality Advisors' broker of record in Florida, also secured the buyer.  

The four-story hotel recently benefited from a multi-million dollar renovation and features the latest Courtyard Generation six interior design and finishes.  The Courtyard by Marriott Coral Springs offers convenient access to Pompano Beach, Heron Bay Golf Club, Butterfly World, Coral Springs Aquatic Complex, Seminole Casino Coconut Creek and many other area attractions.
