Highland Ford website features 'Ask A Technician' feature
SAULT STE. MARIE, Ontario, April 6, 2018 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- In an effort to assist shoppers in every way possible, Highland Ford showcases more than a dozen videos online that answer frequently asked service questions. The videos are made and published by Ford Motor Company on YouTube.
Some video topics include what to know about collision repair, what is that light on my dash, is my air conditioning failing, what are shocks and struts and do I need my brakes checked.
Each video ranges between one and three minutes and comes with helpful and aesthetic infographics. The advice featured in each video comes straight from the words of experienced Ford technicians.
The bottom of the 'Ask A Technician' page conveniently features the option to schedule a service appointment. Customers can simply fill out their contact and vehicle information then select their requested service(s). By scheduling appointments online, customers will be able to save time and choose whichever open time slot that works best for them.
