Health Net of Arizona Introduces Refreshed Commercial Line-Up That Includes Five New Cost-Effective Options

Health Net of Arizona, Inc. listened to business owners who said they wanted cost-saving choices and flexibility when it came to considering the health coverage needs of their employees and has geared up a unique suite of commercial group plans.

The new line-up incorporates three plan design categories, including a set of newly established Value plans. "Our line-up gives business owners the freedom to choose from plans with elements that easily fit any group size and budget,” said Evelyn Pillinger, director of Small Group Sales at Health Net of Arizona. "The Value plans give business owners an option at a time when they are having to make tough choices to balance their budgets. This is a creative, simple solution that keeps the health insurance coverage option on the table,” said Pillinger.

"We were facing a real challenge when we looked at the cost of the health insurance coverage we were providing our employees,” said Harrell Dean Cameron, president of Bill Johnson’s Big Apple Restaurants in Phoenix, Mesa and Goodyear. "Premiums are going up as a result of rising health care costs, and we struggled to find a plan that covered the care our employees deserve at a price they could afford. We found the solution with Health Net of Arizona’s Value plan.”

Helping Employers During the Down Economy

The Value plans not only offer attractive premiums, but also predictability and assurance. John Delbrocco, CEO of The Delbrocco Agency says, "These Value plans are truly a value in today’s economy. They’re easy to use, easy to understand and are priced right. The benefits are not limiting; the plans just make sense.”

"We encourage our Health Net membership to stay healthy,” says Dawn Parker, director of Large Group Sales at Health Net of Arizona. "And members will have access to routine care; things like immunizations, physical exams and mammography check-ups. Knowing they can stay in control of their health by utilizing preventive care measures provides our members tremendous peace of mind.”

Two other categories, the Advantage plans and the LX plans, complete the portfolio. The Advantage plans are perfect for employers who want to offer a comprehensive range of benefits to their employees at a price range that works well within their established budget as they are able to choose between varying deductible and copay amounts. The LX plans are ideal for clients who want the most attractive plans for their employees; they have low deductibles, low copays and the least employee out-of-pocket expense.
