Health Insurance Innovations' Board To Explore Strategic Alternatives

(RTTNews) - Health Insurance Innovations, Inc. (HIIQ) said its Board has commenced a process to explore a range of potential strategic alternatives focused on maximizing shareholder value. The alternatives could include a sale of the company or, a strategic business combination. The Board has not set a timetable for this process.
