Hatch Safety Guardrail Product Updates Announced by W.S. Safety

ORILLA, Ontario, Sept. 24, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- W.S. Safety Technologies, a Canadian construction site safety engineering company located in Ontario, recently announced two new features to their proprietary bolt-on hatch safety guardrail product.  In addition to updating the design to fit a wider variety of hatches, the hatch safety guardrail is now available with an optional bolt-on hoist accessory that allows workers to safely and efficiently lift objects and materials through hatch openings.

Already meeting and exceeding many safety requirements, the hatch guardrail improvements are intended to increase dependability, enhance worker safety, and also anticipate potentially tougher standards in the construction industry.

"We feel this product exemplifies our commitment to innovation," says Ryan Michels, C.O.O., of WS Safety. "We look forward to identifying the next set of improvements before they're required.

"The W.S. Safety hatch safety guardrail will retain a non-penetrating base, grab bars, an industrial self-closing safety gate, and pre-drilled and slotted holes that can be adjusted to fit on-site.  The product comes in either a galvanized steel or painted steel finish and can be installed quickly and easily.
