Harwood Feffer LLP Announces Investigation of Tower Financial Corporation

NEW YORK, Sept. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Harwood Feffer LLP (www.hfesq.com) is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of Tower Financial Corporation ("Tower" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: TOFC) concerning the proposed acquisition of the Company by Old National Bancorp ("Old National").

Tower has entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which the Company will be acquired by Old National.  Under the terms of the agreement, Tower shareholders will receive 1.20 shares of Old National and $6.75 in cash for each Tower share.
