Halozyme Says EC Approved Subcutaneous Rybrevant For Advanced EGFR-Mutated NSCLC

(RTTNews) - Halozyme Therapeutics, Inc. (HALO) Monday said that Janssen-Cilag International NV, a Johnson & Johnson company, has received marketing authorization from the European Commission (EC) for the subcutaneous formulation of Rybrevant, in combination with Lazcluze, for the first-line treatment of patients with advanced epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)- mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

Subcutaneous Rybrevant is co-formulated with Halozyme's ENHANZE drug delivery technology.

The EC approval is supported by positive results from the Phase 3 PALOMA-3 study.
