Ground Breaking Multiple Sclerosis National Event Comes to Pittsburgh: MSWorld Talks August 14

PITTSBURGH, Aug. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The largest Multiple Sclerosis (MS) patient education event in the Pittsburgh area is just days away!  This free event, produced by MSWorld, is open to all persons in the Pittsburgh area who live with MS, their families, friends, and caregivers.

Headlined by world renowned motivational speaker, mountain climber, author and MS patient, Wendy Booker, patients and their caregivers are invited to come learn from physicians, healers, singers, and dancers on ways to live well as they live with MS.  Attendees will also enjoy free accessible parking, free day pass to the museum, breakfast, lunch and parting gift bags.

"This event is nothing short of inspirational to all of those who struggle with the daily challenges of living with MS," says Alan Mandel, CEO and Executive Director of MSWorld.

MSWorld Talks will take place at the prestigious Carnegie Museum Music Hall Foyer, and is fully accessible. The event features 3 MS patients and 6 renowned expert speakers. There is a morning session and an afternoon session.  Nationally known physicians, healthcare experts and movement specialists will address the audience with live participation.

Adding to the excitement of the day, Kathy Reagan Young, singer/songwriter and MS patient, will perform the world premiere of her inspiring original song, "Wash Your Mouth Out with Hope" with instrumentals provided by the CMU School of Music.  Registration continues through this week at MSWorld.org.
