Gregoire Cayatte Appointed Chief Financial Officer of Devoteam

Devoteam (Paris:DVT) today announced that Gregoire Cayatte has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO). A 13-year veteran of Devoteam, Grégoire Cayatte (43) hitherto held the position of Director of Corporate Finance, in charge of the global strategy and development (M&A). Member of the Executive Committee, he continues to lead the corporate finance transactions and to manage the Financial Officers within the Group.

Being the anchor for our Group, he is an essential member to successfully lead our ongoing transformation’ said Stanislas de Bentzmann, Devoteam Chief Executive Officer.

Devoteam also announced that Victor Farroco (42) has been appointed Deputy Finance Director, in charge of accounting, consolidation, cash management and tax management.

Evelyne Broisin (33) has been appointed Corporate Finance Director. She remains responsible for the venture business unit, while overseeing the Group financial communication and controlling.
