    Life Time Fitness, Inc. (NYSE:LTM), a national operator of large and distinctive health and fitness centers, today announced that its newest sports and athletics, professional fitness, family recreation and resort/spa center, located in the Cinco Ranch community of Katy (Houston), Texas, will host a Grand Opening celebration on Friday, June 3, 2005 beginning at 6:30 p.m.
    Honoring the event, Katy, TX Mayor, Doyle Callendar and Life Time Fitness representatives will offer a special ribbon-cutting ceremony. Facility tours and multiple activities for all ages will follow from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., showcasing all of the unique amenities that the new, state-of-the-art center has to offer.
    Life Time Fitness Cinco Ranch marks the Company's third health and fitness center in the Houston area, the eighth in Texas and its 41st nationally. The new location also represents one of the Company's large, 109,000 square foot model centers being built nationally, offering 24-hour access to more than 400 pieces of state-of-the-art cardio, resistance and free-weight training equipment, along with a multitude of amenities.
