Gramercy Property Trust Appoints Allan Baum As Chairman
(RTTNews) - Gramercy Property Trust Inc. (GPT) said Monday that Allan Baum, the company's lead independent director since 2012, has been appointed as Chairman of the company's board of directors, effective immediately.
The company also announced the appointment of William Lenehan to its board of directors. Lenehan's tenure as a director nominated and elected by the company's preferred stockholders expired on January 15, upon the company's payment of all accrued and current preferred dividends.
