Golden Odyssey Mining Announces New Initiative by Board of Directors

Golden Odyssey Mining announced today the departure of David Shaddrick, former President and CEO, and Lindsay Bottomer, former director, from its Board of Directors. The Board of Directors has implemented a change in direction in order to advance the Company’s current projects as well as expand into additional areas. Michael Berns has been named Executive Chairman on an interim basis. Mr. Berns and the rest of the Board of Directors, all senior mining exploration executives, have agreed to expand the focus of the Company beyond the current projects.
