Genomic Health Posts Q4 Loss

(RTTNews) - Genomic Health Inc. (GHDX) Tuesday reported fourth-quarter loss of $9.4 million or $0.30 per share, compared to a profit of $2.0 million or $0.06 per share in the same period last year.

On average, 15 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report a loss of $0.03 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Revenues increased 14 percent to $68.8 million from $60.4 million last year. Analysts expected revenues of $69.20 million.

Looking ahead, the company expects full-year loss between $0.95 and $0.75 per share, with revenues in the range of $278 million to $286 million. Analysts currently expect the company to report full-year earnings of $0.21 per share on revenues of $294.78 million.
