General Cable Corp. Reports 30% Decline In Q4 Profit

(RTTNews) - General Cable Corp. (BGC) revealed earnings for fourth quarter that dropped from last year.

The company said its bottom line totaled $28.2 million, or $0.05 per share. This was down from $40.4 million, or $0.13 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 34.1% to $0.91 billion. This was down from $1.38 billion last year.
