GAMCO Intends to Withhold Vote for Directors of Fisher Communications

GAMCO Investors, Inc. (NYSE: GBL) announced that on March 31, 2008, and April 4, 2008, it amended 13D filings on Fisher Communications Inc. (NASD: FSCI) indicating its intention to vote against the company’s proposed incentive plan and withhold voting authority on the company’s Directors.
