Frontier Communications To Add 25 Employees To Its Connecticut Call Center

(RTTNews) - Frontier Communications Corp. (FTR) Thursday said it would add 25 employees to its Connecticut call center to provide support for Frontier residential products and services. They will handle calls from Spanish-speaking customers, in addition to calls in English.

The 25 new jobs will be based at Frontier's East Region Headquarters at 310 Orange Street in New Haven and filled in early next year. These jobs are in addition to the 85 jobs previously announced.

After training, the bi-lingual customer representatives will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer care to Frontier's Spanish-speaking customers, including assisting customers with billing, service and product inquiries.

In Connecticut, Latinos represent 15 percent of the population and over the last decade the Latino population has increased significantly.
