Fresno CityFest Press Conference set for March 30

FRESNO, Calif., March 28, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Come join us! After a year of preparation, the Fresno community is coming together for Fresno CityFest, a free, two-day, family festival. Among other attractions, the event will feature Grammy-award winning artists Lecrae and For King and Country, along with Lincoln Brewster, Marisol Park, and Soulfire Revolution, with last-minute special guest Matt Redman joining the festival.

CityFest is the result of the collaborative effort of more than 277 local churches and organizations that have united to bring a positive message of transformation and Good News to Fresno, in partnership with many business, civic, and cultural leaders. CityFest will feature a Family Fun Zone with soccer and football clinics led by Fresno State athletes, a fitness competition featuring four-time CrossFit Games champion Rich Froning, and an Action Sports zone with professional FMX and BMX demos.

Key participants in the conference include: Fresno Mayor Lee Brand, Festival Chairman Larry Powell, Pastor Dale Oquist of People's Church, Director of Every Neighborhood Partnership Artie Padilla, Festival Director Levi Park, and world evangelists Andrew and Luis Palau.
