Former FVC Executives, All Industry Veterans In Desktop Multimedia Communications, Join RADVISION

    Business Editors/High-Tech Writers

FAIR LAWN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 17, 2005--RADVISION (Nasdaq: RVSN) today announced that four former executives of First Virtual Communications, Inc., who resigned from FVC(R) on January 5th, 2005, have joined RADVISION. This team brings vast experience in every aspect of desktop videoconferencing and video telephony sales, support, and product development to RADVISION.

    Joining the company are:

-- David Bundy - former Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Vice President of Technical Support and Professional Services for FVC
-- Gary McGuire - former Vice President of Federal Sales for FVC
-- Vincent Chavy - former Director of Engineering at FVC
-- Alan Moskowitz - former Director of Worldwide Pre-Sales for FVC

"FVC was a pioneer in the desktop multimedia communications space due, in a large part, to the strong technical, sales and support expertise of its teams led by Dave, Gary, Alan and Vince," said Gadi Tamari, CEO of RADVISION. "With these new hires we immediately augment RADVISION's powerful sales and technology teams with seasoned executives that bring enormous experience and knowledge in the desktop communications and collaboration market. We believe they will all positively impact the company."

    David Bundy

Mr. Bundy most recently served at FVC as the company's lead product architect in the company's migration from a consumer platform to one focused on the enterprise and service provider desktop multimedia communications markets. Mr. Bundy came to FVC through its merger with CUseeMe(R) Networks (formerly White Pine Software), where he was also the company's CTO. In all, Mr. Bundy has been with WhitePine/CUseeMe/FVC for over a decade - pioneering the development of desktop multimedia conferencing technologies and services. Prior to White Pine Software Mr. Bundy was the Vice President of Engineering at Visual Technology Inc. and XPI Inc., two companies that were early vendors in the X Terminal market - one of the most successful open source, collaborative technologies that bridge the heterogeneous platforms typically found in today's enterprise computing networks.

    Gary McGuire

Mr. McGuire was the vice president of Federal Sales for FVC's suite of desktop communications applications and headed the federal sales team. This team was a major contributor to FVC revenues due, in part, to the solution's use in the Department of Defense's multimedia communications network. Under Mr. McGuire's management FVC federal sales grew its federal installed base by over 48%. Mr. McGuire also came to FVC through its merger with CUseeMe Network, where he was director of federal sales for the company. Mr. McGuire has a long and distinguished government sales career, including heading federal sales at MASSCOMP Inc., a real-time data acquisition hardware/software manufacturer which was a partner of the Grumman Corp.

    Vincent Chavy

Mr. Chavy was FVC's former engineering director where he was responsible for the company's Click to Meet(R) product and its SDK (Software Development Environment). In this position Mr. Chavy and his team were instrumental in the development of its award-winning middleware architecture and powerful intuitive conferencing functionality - hallmarks of FVC's Click to Meet solution. Mr. Chavy brings to RADVISION extensive experience in managing engineers in the creation and design of desktop video products and solutions. Prior to FVC, Mr. Chavy was the engineering manager at CUseeMe where he managed the client core and GUI teams - teams responsible for the company's Click to Meet Express product which quickly became the company's leading revenue producer.

    Alan Moskowitz

Mr. Moskowitz is a seasoned manager with both technical and sales experience in directing worldwide support staffs. Most recently Mr. Moskowitz managed FVC's complete team of global presales sales engineers. In this position he and his team provided customer demonstrations, assisted customers in their video network design, provided one-on-one customer support, trained channels and customers, and acted as a liaison between engineering, sales, and product management for FVC's line of desktop conferencing solutions. Mr. Moskowitz too came to FVC by way of its merger with CUseeMe Networks, where he was the company's SE Manager. Prior to CUseeMe Mr. Moskowitz was either the IT or IS manager for a host of companies including Spaulding Composites, DOW Chemical, Hampshire Chemical and WR Grace.
