Fond du Lac dealership participates in raising funds for charities

FOND DU LAC, Wis., Nov. 25, 2016 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- The Mazda Drive for Good event is a yearly tradition when Mazda helps to raise funds and time for both local and national charities, and Holiday Mazda is once again participating in the event. For a select time period, all leased and purchased new Mazda vehicles at Holiday Mazda will result in Mazda donating $150 to the MACC Fund or other select charity.  This will be the fourth year that Mazda has ran the Drive for Good event, which has raised more than $13 million and more than 196,000 volunteer hours to date.

New vehicles purchased or leased between November 21, 2016 and January 3, 2017 are eligible for the program. Donations will be made on the customer's behalf, and customers can also choose one of the select national or local charities. Shoppers in the Fond du Lac area aren't required to even purchase or lease a new Mazda in order to help charities. All test drives taken in a new Mazda during the Mazda during the Drive for Good event will result in Mazda pledging one hour of time to a worthy cause in the Fond du Lac area.

In addition to the MACC Fund, shoppers can choose to have their donations given to the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, Mazda Foundation or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
