FNF Core Segment Reports Q4 Adj. EPS Of $0.50 - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Fidelity National Financial Inc. reported the operating results of its core segment (FNF), a provider of title insurance, technology and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries. Net earnings attributable to FNF Group common shareholders was $100 million or $0.35 per share, compared to $75 million or $0.32 per share, prior year. Adjusted core earnings per share was $0.50, for the quarter.

On average, nine analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report profit per share of $0.47 for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Revenue increased to $1.69 billion from $1.38 billion last year. Analysts expected revenue of $1.68 billion for the quarter.
