FLS Transportation Acquires Scott Logistics Corp

MONTREAL and ROME, Ga., Feb. 14, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Leading cross-border third-party logistics provider (3PL), FLS Transportation Services Limited (''FLS'') announced today that it has acquired Georgia based Scott Logistics Corp. ("Scott"). This acquisition is set to expand the company's scale and density in a highly fragmented TL brokerage space further asserting its position as a top 15 3PL in North America.

Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Rome, Georgia, Scott leverages its 21 years of experience and its extensive carrier network to provide personalized transportation solutions to the 48 contiguous United States.

Currently, FLS services its clients through ten branches across United States and Canada. Scott's acquisition, which is a key part of the company's growth strategy, will add eight branches and five agent locations to its portfolio further strengthening its operational presence in the U.S.
