FIS Names Gary Norcross CEO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - IT services provider Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) Tuesday said it has appointed Gary Norcross as its President and Chief Executive, effective January 1, 2015. Norcross will be succeeding Frank Martire, who will be the Executive Chairman.

Presently, Norcross serves as FIS President and Chief Operating Officer, and has been with the company for 26 years.

"During this time of rapid change and complexities within the financial services industry, there is no better person to lead FIS than Gary Norcross," said Frank Martire, FIS Chairman and CEO in a statement.
