Fire & Flower Announces Issuance of Shares in Satisfaction of Debenture Interest Payment

EDMONTON, Dec. 31, 2019 /CNW/ - Fire & Flower Holdings Corp. ("Fire & Flower" or the "Company") (TSX: FAF) today annouced that in accordance with the terms of a debenture certificate issued to 2707031 Ontario Inc. (the "Holder"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc., dated August 7, 2019, the Company will issue an aggregate of 979,034 common shares in the capital of the Company in satisfaction of an aggregate of $831,679.53 interest payable to the Holder on December 31, 2019.
