Fiera Capital QSSP II Investment Fund Inc. confirms redemption of all Class A shares of the Fund

MONTREAL, Sept. 21, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - The Fiera Capital QSSP II Investment Fund Inc. (the "Fund") and Fiera Capital Corporation ("Fiera Capital"), as manager of the Fund, confirm that all series of Class A shares of the Fund were redeemed on August 31, 2017 (the "Redemption Date") in accordance with the Fund's articles (the "Redemption"). Following the completion of the Redemption, the Fund ceased its activities and will be dissolved at the earliest possible time (the "Termination").
