Fibrocell Science Names Greg Weaver CFO

(RTTNews) - Fibrocell Science Inc. (FCSC), an autologous cell therapy company, Monday named Greg Weaver as chief financial officer, senior vice president, treasurer and corporate secretary of the company.

Weaver replaces Declan Daly, who will leave the company to reside full time in Ireland. Weaver and Daly will work side by side through November to assure a smooth transition.

Weaver brings more than thirty years of strategic and financial management experience to Fibrocell. He joins Fibrocell from oncology drug development company Celsion Corp. where he served as chief financial officer after serving six years on Celsion's board.
