DALLAS, July 28, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Eyemart Express, a Top 10 U.S. optical retailer, announces that from July 30 through Sept. 16, K-12 educators who purchase one or more pairs of glasses will earn free pairs for their schools' students who need them.

The Buy 1, Give 1 promotion, along with the everyday 20-percent off Educator Discount, further underscores Eyemart Express' commitment to serving those who service our community by offering exclusive programs that benefit teachers and staff – and now students.

K-12 educators (with a valid ID badge) make a purchase at any of the company's 175 stores across its family of brands – Eyewear Express, Vision4Less and VisionMart Express – then use their unique code on the company's website to either print or send a voucher to their school's nurse, who will then distribute vouchers to students with vision needs.

Purchasers can even use their vision insurance to get a free second pair of their own while also still being able to give a third pair.

The offer is open to only those employed by an accredited K12 public, private, or parochial school with a valid school employee ID badge: teachers, guidance counselors, principals, reading coaches, janitors, cafeteria employees, and bus drivers. Codes will be given through August 19 and must be redeemed by Sept. 16.
