Evolution of the Shareholding of Solocal Group

On 22 June, SoLocal Group (Paris:LOCAL) took note by postal mailing of the upward 5%-threshold crossing of J O Hambro Capital Management Group on 20 June 2017, after exceeding the 3%-threshold on 16 June, and the 4%-threshold on 19 June. J O Hambro Capital Management Group now owns 5.23% of the capital of Solocal Group, for a total of 30,303,875 shares.

SoLocal also took note of the downward 2%-threshold crossing on 15 June and then of the downward 1%-threshold crossing on 16 June from Amber Capital after crossing upward the 2%-threshold on the 5 June, the downward 3%-threshold crossing on 19 June from Carmignac Gestion, and the downward 3%-threshold crossing on 20 June from Melqart Asset Management.
