Establishment Labs CEO Juan José Chacón-Quiros To Retire; Peter Caldini Appointed Interim CEO

(RTTNews) - Establishment Labs Holdings Inc. (ESTA), a global medical technology company focused on advancing women's health in breast aesthetics and reconstruction, Monday announced that Juan José Chacón-Quiros will retire as Chief Executive Officer after twenty years of leadership. His retirement will be effective on March 1.

Peter Caldini, who joined Establishment Labs as President in 2024, will step into the role of Interim CEO following Chacón-Quiros' departure. Prior to joining Establishment Labs, Caldini served as the CEO and Director of Acreage Holdings, Inc., bringing a wealth of experience in leadership to his new position.

Establishment Labs also provided preliminary, unaudited results for the 2024 fiscal year. The company expects its total revenue for 2024 to be between $166 million and $166.5 million. For the quarter ended December 31, 2024, revenue is projected to range from $44.5 million to $45 million, with approximately $3.2 million of that coming from Motiva sales in the United States.

ESTA closed Monday's trading at $33.71 down 26.38 percent or $12.08 on the Nasdaq.
