DEERFIELD, Ill., Feb. 23, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Essendant Inc. (NASDAQ: ESND) announced that on February 22, 2017 its board of directors declared a $0.14 per share dividend payable on April 14, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2017.
