Eros International Q3 Profit Increases - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Eros International Plc. (EROS) reported that its third-quarter net income attributable to Equity holders increased to $20.96 million, from $15.77 million in the prior year period. Earnings per share were 36.3 cents down from 38.9 cents in the previous year.

Revenue for the quarter increased 15.1% to $100.4 million from $87.2 million last year. Currency comparable revenues increased by 14.5%.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $0.52 per share and revenues of $99.23 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
