Equifax Announces Addl. $550 Mln Stock Buyback Authorization

(RTTNews) - Equifax Inc. (EFX) said Friday that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to an additional $550 million of the company's common stock.

With the additional authorization, the total remaining authorized share repurchase amount was $753 million as of April 30, 2015.

The company also declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.29 per share, payable on June 15 to shareholders of record on May 22.

Over the past ten years through March 31, 2015, the company has returned $2.6 billion to shareholders through a combination of dividends and share repurchases, or 91 percent of reported net income.
