Baar, September 25, 2015 - Airopack Technology Group AG intends to acquire part of the activities of Proficos, a full-service contract manufacturer of cosmetic products that is based in Heist-op-den-Berg (Belgium). The full-service manufacturing activities of Airopack Group, including filling, sleeving, labelling and packing of Airopack dispensers, are currently subcontracted to Proficos and will be insourced by this intended acquisition.

In the frame of the judicial reorganization of Proficos, Airopack Technology Group has offered to acquire certain assets, contracts and parts of the business of Proficos, primarily with global leading cosmetics and body care brand owners. Furthermore, approximately 50 employees are offered a position at AiroSolutions, the new full-service manufacturing entity of Airopack Technology Group. Airopack Technology Group and Proficos have already received confirmation from the most important clients that they are willing to continue their business relationship through AiroSolutions.

The intended acquisition requires local court approval and, if approved, is expected to be completed early October 2015.
