EOC Limited: Buy Back of Own Shares on 5 November 2014
Regulatory News:
The Company announced that pursuant to its buy-back program it has purchased a total of 122,000 shares on 5 November 2014.
90,000 Shares were purchased through the facilities of the SGX-ST in Singapore at a price of SGD 0.78567.
32,000 Shares were purchased through Oslo Børs at a price of NOK 3.99.
Following the trades made since 31 October 2014, the Company holds 457,000 shares, equal to 0.1% of the issued share capital.
The shares acquired under the buy-back program will be used in connection with the Company's Employee Share Plan. The Shares were purchased in accordance with the Safe Harbour provisions of the EU Commission Regulations for buy-back programs.
