EnerNOC CFO Neil Moses Takes Up Addl. Role Of COO - Quick Facts
(RTTNews) - EnerNOC, Inc. (ENOC), a provider of energy intelligence software, said its Chief Financial Officer, Neil Moses, has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer. Currently, Moses oversees domestic operations, and under this new role, would assume additional responsibility for certain international erations like the EnTech operations, that recently inked a deal to be acquired by EnerNOC. Oliver Dowson, EnTech's Chief Executive, would report to Moses.
As a result of the recent acquisitions and the closing of EnTech, EnerNOC would have more than 1,000 employees, 30% of whom are located outside U.S.
Since 2010, EnerNOC has largely expanded its global footprint and is now operational in more than a dozen countries. EnerNOC President and Co-Founder, David Brewster, would continue to head the firm's domestic and international market development efforts, further to overseeing EnerNOC's global regulatory affairs function, whilst Moses would be accountable for the day-to-day operations of business operations in EnerNOC's established markets.
Moses has around 30 years of experience in financial operations and management in the retail and technology sectors, including seven years at PTC, which he joined in 2003 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
