EnerNOC Acquires Pulse Energy - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - EnerNOC Inc. (ENOC) announced it has acquired Pulse Energy, a global leader in energy intelligence for utilities' commercial customers, helping utilities to meet regulated efficiency targets, boost customer satisfaction, and cross-promote other programs and services. The company said the acquisition will be dilutive to its earnings in 2014 and 2015 as it plans to make investments in utility offerings as part of the integration.
