Endurance Intl. Shares Slip In Nasdaq Debut

(RTTNews) - Shares of Endurance International Group Holdings, Inc. (EIGI) slipped in their trading debut on the NASDAQ Global Select Market Friday.

Endurance International, which provides cloud-based solutions for small-and medium-sized businesses, priced its initial public offering of about 21.1 million shares at $12.00 per share, which is below the previously estimated price range of $14 to $16 per share. Even the size of the offering was reduced from the originally estimated 23.4 million shares.

Additionally, the company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional about 3.16 million shares at the initial public offering price.

Endurance shares are currently trading at $11.00 after trading as low as $10.88 earlier in the session.
