(NASDAQ: SRCL), announced today that it has acquired Eclipse Marketing Ltd, a leading customer relationship management (CRM) marketing company with expertise in recalls and marketing solutions in the United Kingdom and Europe. The transaction was completed at the end of June 2013. This acquisition provides ExpertSOLUTIONS and Eclipse Marketing with a solid infrastructure for global market expansion.
