Echo Global Acquires Truckload Broker Comcar Logistics

(RTTNews) - Echo Global Logistics Inc. (ECHO), a provider of technology-enabled transportation and supply chain management services, Wednesday announced its acquisition of Comcar Logistics, a non-asset-based truckload brokerage based in Jacksonville, Florida. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 2011, Comcar provides truckload brokerage to a portfolio of clients with a strong carrier network and a commitment to superior service, primarily in the Southeastern and Rocky Mountain regions. During the prior 12 months, Comcar Logistics had about $15 million in gross revenue.
