EastGroup Properties Q4 FFO Up - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - EastGroup Properties Inc. (EGP) Wednesday said fourth-quarter funds from operations, or FFO, increased to $25.7 million or $0.84 per share from $23.0 million or $0.78 per share in the same period last year.
