In September, Bob Evans Farms agreed to be acquired by Post Holdings Inc. (POST) in a deal valued at about $1.5 billion or $77-per-share. The deal is expected to close in the first calendar quarter of 2018, which is Post's Q2-18. The Bob Evans Farms business is expected to be immediately accretive to Post's top-line growth, Adjusted EBITDA margins and free cash flow.

Dave & Buster's Entertainment Inc. (PLAY) is expected to report Q3 earnings today after the bell. Analysts are modeling earnings of $0.24 on revenues of $255.75 million. In the year-ago period, the company reported earnings of $0.25 on revenues of $228.66 million. The company is likely to surprise investors on the EPS front. IXYS Corp. (IXYS) is expected to report Q3 earnings today after the bell. Analysts are modeling earnings of $0.20 on revenues of $81.87 million. In the year-ago period, the company reported earnings of $0.12 and revenues of $78.63 million. A bulk of the company's 2017 revenue is from Power semiconductors. The company uses non-leading edge wafer foundries, because of favorable costs and availability, keeping its capex requirements low.
