Announcement according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG (share)

1. On November 19, 2012, Hanson Asset Management Limited, London, United Kingdom, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage of voting rights in Firstextile AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, has exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% and amounted to 5.51% (650,000 voting rights) as of November 14, 2012.

Of these voting rights, 5.51% (650,000 voting rights)) are attributed to Hanson Asset Management Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.

Attributed voting rights are held via the following shareholder whose holdings of voting rights amounts to 3% or more in Firstextile AG.

- Cintra Hanson Investment Fund, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands

2. On November 16, 2012, Cintra Hanson Investment Fund, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage of voting rights in Firstextile AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, has exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% and amounted to 5.51% (650,000 voting rights) as of November 14, 2012.
