Due to an editorial mistake, the Half-Year Report 2015/16 published on December 14, 2015 by Wolford AG did not contain the Statement by the Management Board in accordance with § 87 Para. (1) NO. 3 Austrian Stock Exchange Act. With the exception of the following supplementary paragraph, the contents of the Half-Year Report 2015/16 of Wolford AG will continue to remain unchanged:
