In view of the highly negative performance of the motor insurance business of DONAU Versicherung AG Vienna Insurance Group (DONAU) in Italy, Dr Franz KOSYNA (General Manager of DONAU from 1 July 2009 to 31 May 2012) is leaving his position as Member of the Managing Board of VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP AG Wiener Versicherung Gruppe effective 31 December 2013.

Since Mag Roland GRÖLL has withdrawn from his position as Deputy Member of the Managing Board of VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP AG Wiener Versicherung Gruppe as of 31 December 2013 as well, the Managing Board of VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP AG Wiener Versicherung Gruppe will have the following members as of 1 January 2014:
