Management Changes 14.01.2013

Konstanz/Germany, 14 January 2013 - The Chairman of the Management Board of Sunways AG, Mr Michael Wilhelm, has resigned from the Management Board with immediate effect. The Supervisory Board regrets Mr Wilhelm's decision and ex-presses its gratitude for his great commitment over the last years.

It is planned that Mr Mario Zen (currently LDK Solar Company Ltd.) will succeed Mr Wilhelm and will be appointed as Member of the Management Board in February 2013. Until that time, Mr Jörg von Strom (currently Member of the Management Board of Sunways AG in charge of procurement, production and supply chain) will act as speaker of the Management Board.
