Aalen, 11 March 2013 - At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of SHW AG approved the annual financial statements and the consolidated financial statements for fiscal year 2012. Due to the company's performance and solid balance sheet structure, the Management Board and Supervisory Board have decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting, to be held on 14 May 2013 in Heidenheim, the issue of a total dividend of EUR 4.00 per share. This amount includes a one-time special dividend of EUR 3.00 to enable shareholders to share in the proceeds of the sale of the 50 percent stake in the Canadian STT Technologies Inc.
