DW Healthcare Partners Announces Sale of PRIME Education

TORONTO and PARK CITY, Utah, Aug. 24, 2018 /CNW/ -- DW Healthcare Partners ("DWHP"), a healthcare-focused private equity firm, announced the sale of its portfolio company, PRIME Education (PRIME®) to a strategic buyer. PRIME is a nationally recognized medical education and outcomes research company known for its award-winning, systems-based work and extensive peer-reviewed publications in health care.

DWHP invested in PRIME in November of 2016. The sale marks the first realization for DWHP's fourth equity fund.  The fund is a $294 million investment vehicle with 64% of capital invested.
