Duke Realty Q3 FFO Rises

(RTTNews) - Duke Realty Corp. (DRE) Wednesday reported third-quarter funds from operations or FFO of $95.5 million or $0.29 per share, compared to $71.2 million or $0.26 per share last year.

On average, 12 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report FFO of $0.28 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Net loss attributable to shareholders for the quarter were $6.1 million or $0.02 per share, compared to $28.2 million or $0.11 per share last year.

Revenues for the quarter dropped to $291.7 million from $293.3 million last year. Analysts estimated revenues of $236.24 million for the quarter.
