Ducati Motor Holding: Ordinary Shareholders Meeting
BOLOGNA, Italy, May 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A. announced today that during the Ordinary Shareholders Meeting held on May 21st, 2007, the following:
- the financial statements as of December 31st, 2006 were approved;
- the Group consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2006, already approved on March 22nd, 2007, were presented;
- the Stock Option Plan approved by the Company on september the 13th,1999 was modified;
- the new Board of Directors was appointed and is composed of: Gabriele Del Torchio, Dante Razzano, Massimo Bergami, Roberto Consonni, Giampiero Paoli, Marco Giovannini, Carlo Umberto Bonomi, Ulrich Weiss, Mauro Benetton, Antonio Perricone, Roberto Maestroni e Giorgio Seragnoli. The newly-appointed Board will remain in office until the approval of the financial statements for December 31st, 2009;
- the new Statutory Auditors were appointed and are: Matteo Tamburini (Chairman and Effective Statutory Auditor), Maurizio Maffeis (Effective Statutory Auditor), Tiziano Mazzucotelli, (Effective Statutory Auditor) Gian Luca Nanni Costa (Deputy Statutory Auditor) e Mara Vanzetta (Deputy Statutory Auditor). The newly-appointed Statutory Auditors will remain in office until the approval of the financial statements for December 31st, 2009;
- PriceWaterhouse Coopers S.p.A. will be in charge of the auditing of the Company's consolidated balance for the fiscal years from 2007 to 2015.
